Jeaneen leads the EEA/KEEA/EEA-NJ team advancing energy efficiency and EE-adjacent activity, awareness, and policy in the Keystone and Garden States. As Executive Director she focuses on critical efficiency and load flexibility trends. Her more than 25 years of professional experience spans the for-profit, public, and not-for-profit sectors, and Jeaneen’s expertise includes strategic planning, partnership and client relationships, and program development. Prior to joining EEA, Jeaneen was executive director of Conservation Consultants Inc., a residential energy efficiency and healthy homes provider. Previous professional roles include: Sustainability Manager for Allegheny County, Deputy Director of the Green Building Alliance, Director of Strategic Marketing for Descartes Systems Group logistics software and Marketing Manager for Vocollect voice recognition technology. Early career posts included University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and The Pittsburgh Press. Jeaneen holds dual degrees in Magazine Journalism and Marketing from Syracuse University and an MBA from University of Pittsburgh. Board service includes Pittsburgh Gateways Corporation and formerly PA Solar Center and multiple environmental organizations.
