Ellen Rossi is President of the EQT Foundation, the philanthropic arm of EQT Corporation, the nation’s leading natural gas producer. She leads the Foundation’s annual investment of more than $7 million across Appalachia, supporting community enrichment, education and workforce development, and environmental initiatives.

Ellen works closely with nonprofit, education, and community partners to build strategic funding relationships that strengthen communities and create opportunities for future generations. She also oversees EQT’s broader community investment efforts, including corporate giving and employee engagement programs.

Before joining EQT in 2009, Ellen was Vice President of Communication Services at the Allegheny Conference on Community Development and previously worked at the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership. A graduate of Duquesne University, she serves on the boards of the Dollar Energy Fund and Philanthropy West Virginia and is active with several regional and national civic organizations.
