McCrae Martino joined The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County in April 2021 as its executive director. She brings more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit management, program development, fundraising and relationship building.

She served as vice president of human services at Goodwill of SWPA, where she oversaw nine program areas and 200+ employees.  She has also served as chief program officer with Partner4Work, developed strong relationships with the foundation community, providers and elected officials. Prior to this, she was vice president at The Forbes Funds, where she convened stakeholder groups, managed grantmaking and oversaw the implementation of its biennial nonprofit summit.

She earned her Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and her bachelor’s in political science from Allegheny College. She has received numerous awards including the Pittsburgh Business Times Fast Tracker award, PUMP Pittsburgh 40 Under 40 award and was a Presidential Management Fellow.
