Aliesha Walz is President & CEO of the Washington County Community Foundation (WCCF). She launched her professional career as a writer and editor in the for-profit sector. In 2011, Aliesha began her tenure with the WCCF as a Marketing Associate, quickly advancing to Manager of Marketing & Communications and later Chief Operating Officer. After serving as Major Gifts Officer at Washington Health System Foundation, Aliesha rejoined the WCCF in 2025 as President & CEO, drawing on a decade of deep institutional knowledge to chart a new course defined by strategic growth and transformative community impact.

Aliesha is a graduate of Saint Vincent College, Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), and Leadership Washington County alumna. In 2026, she was recognized with the Washington County Chamber of Commerce’s Diana Irey Vaughan ATHENA Young Professional Leadership Award.
