Alan Sisco

Deputy Director, Strategy & Programs, Allegheny County Economic Development

Alan Sisco is the Deputy Director of Programs & Strategy for Allegheny County Economic Development, where he helps lead initiatives that drive inclusive growth, revitalize communities, and expand economic opportunity. A Pittsburgh native with more than 20 years of experience in community development, he has worked across the nonprofit, intergovernmental, and public sectors to advance equitable housing, land reuse, and neighborhood revitalization.

Before joining the County, Alan served as Director of Special Projects for Tri-COG Land Bank and the Steel Rivers Council of Governments, partnering with Mon Valley communities to return vacant and tax-delinquent properties to productive use. He also served as Interim Executive Director of the City of Bridges Community Land Trust, stewarding permanently affordable housing across Pittsburgh. Previously, he spent more than a decade with Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh, supporting critical home repairs for over 1,000 homeowners.
