Dr. Robert Hamilton, PhD is a public sector executive, consultant, veteran advocate, and nonprofit leader with extensive experience in human services, organizational development, strategic planning, and systems transformation. Dr. Robert Hamiltn is currently the Director for Westmoreland County Human Services.

Dr. Hamilton has held executive leadership roles in human services and veteran-serving organizations, leading initiatives in behavioral health, homelessness prevention, workforce development, data integration, and community engagement.
