Randy has been with TEN for three years developing and structuring financing solutions for energy infrastructure and energy efficiency projects for municipal, higher education, k12 schools, hospitals and commercial customers with a primary focus on central utility plants. Prior to joining TEN, Randy lead the energy savings performance contracting, public private partnership, and water and wastewater solutions businesses for another national energy services company for more than twenty-five years. He holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and a master of business administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
