Presley L. Gillespie is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Neighborhood Allies, a Pittsburgh-based community development intermediary that engages residents and organizations with innovative tools for transformative neighborhood change. Under his leadership, the organization has grown by more than 300%, increasing its assets from $4 million to $17 million.

A nationally recognized leader in community and economic development, Presley previously served as the founding Executive Director of the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation. He brings 18 years of banking experience, including roles as Vice President at KeyBank and Vice President of Community Development, during which he structured more than $60 million in community development lending.

Presley serves on numerous boards locally and nationally, including the Board of Directors of Grantmakers of Western Pennsylvania and the KeyBank National Advisory Council for the National Community Benefits Plan. He received an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Youngstown State University and holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication and Management from Youngstown State University. He has called Pittsburgh home since 2014.
